Needed to replace broken mech hanger and Di2 tuning as a result. Gears are perfect. Also had a recurring brake issue which is resolved — bike stops on a dime now without vibration or squealing. Met Kyle yesterday whilst on my ride — he had his mobile van setup near Hillarys. Asked him about some small setup changes I needed but could never find the time to lug the bike to a bike shop. Where do I start!? A man passionate about his work will never work a day in his life. Kyle is a fantastic mechanic, full of knowledge and experience, but above all he is a genuinely great guy. On time, well equipped and professional throughout. Kyle helped me with a full bearing kit for my Intense M9, brake bleed (finned pad fit-out), cassette swap over and overall tune-up before my upcoming trip to Whistler for the summer.
