It’s Official: TLS is the First Canyon Authorised Service Partner in Western Australia

 

TLS is the first official Service Partner for Canyon Bikes in Western Australia, and amongst the first in the whole country.

We’ve been brand agnostic for a long time, servicing bikes and building rider relationships across all the reputable marques. This will not change.

Getting those brands to sit up and pay attention to the work we were delivering to their customers has been a long, tedious grind. It started before we even had a commercial address. We’ve been working with Canyon’s customers for years delivering routine maintenance, suspension service and warranty work, above and beyond the level of care and attention the riders expected from an ‘online brand’.

Now, with the official backing of Canyon we can support their products and customers better than anyone else. Deliveries. Builds. Servicing. Parts. Warranty. This is in addition to our workshop being a fully equipped suspension service centre for the MTB community.

This has absolutely no impact on our regular clientele. You guys keep riding whatever you want – nothing changes about our day to day operations ??
